Politician Leonid Gozman (recognized as a foreign agent by the media) was detained at the exit from the special detention center in Mnevniki, his lawyer Mikhail Biryukov told RBC. According to him, at the moment Gozman is in the Tverskoye police department.

According to the defender, the politician was detained for a post in LiveJournal. dated 2013 under the article on the identification of the USSR and Nazi Germany (part 2 of article 13.48 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Gozman was serving an arrest of 15 days, which the Tverskoy Court appointed him on August 30 under the same article. The defense then filed an appeal, but the Moscow City Court upheld the decision to arrest the politician.
