The Tverskoy Court of Moscow terminated the proceedings in an administrative case against actress Christina Asmus, TASS writes.
Recall that an administrative case was initiated against Asmus under the article on discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation . He was brought in because of the publication of the artist on social networks a post with a negative assessment of the Russian special operation in Ukraine.
"Stop the proceedings against Asmus", the judge announced the decision. This decision was made due to the lack of corpus delicti.
Earlier, the court found actress Tatyana Rudina guilty of discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and imposed an administrative fine of 50 thousand rubles on her. The reason for initiating an administrative case was the publication of the actress in social networks.
